  • CPR 32 and Practice Directions 32 and 57AC : create particular issues for a Litigant in Person and I  provide assistance/guidance in the preparation of witness statements for direct access counsel’s use bearing in mind that counsel may ultimately be required to sign a certificate of compliance or endorse the statement.
  • Expert Witness Coordination: I identify and liaise with leading expert witnesses, managing communications and ensuring timely delivery of expert reports.
  • Courtroom Presentation: I assist in the preparation of concise, compelling presentations and exhibits to support your arguments in court.
